Pay Bhaji is a tasty indian street food. Add to it a touch of paneer and parmesan and it brings you oodles of flavors with every bite.
1 Cranberry’s Sesame Burger
200 g crumbled paneer
½ cup chopped capsicum
1 cup chopped red onions
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
2 cups shredded parmesan
¼ cup melted butter
2 cup of cooked bhaji
1.Preheat oven to 180C / 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Place the bottom layer of Sesame Burger in the baking pan. Top with paneer. Add a layer of cooked bhaji. Top with capsicum and onions.
3. Sprinkle with parmesan. Top with the other half of the roll.
4. Spread butter on the dinner roll. Transfer to oven, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
