Our QMS integrates globally recognized food safety standards such as FSSC 22000 and FSSAI ensuring every process — from sourcing to dispatch — is streamlined .  We maintain a secure, cloud-based digital system to manage data, certifications, audits and continuous quality communication across departments.

The QA Lab

Our in-house QA lab is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments for testing raw materials, packaging and finished goods. All materials are rigorously analyzed and defined parameters to ensure food safety, integrity and shelf-life performance. This ensures every product leaving our facility meets the highest quality benchmarks.

A team of qualified food scientists and quality experts form the core of our QA operations. From ingredient sourcing to final product dispatch, our specialists monitor every checkpoint. 4. Primary Proofing (Temperature-Controlled)

For Ready-to-Eat Gravies

1. Procure & QC Raw Materials (Spices, Veg, Meat)
2. Wash & Pre-process (Chop, Blanch)
3. Cook in Automated Vessels
4. Quality Check
5. Hot/Cold Fill into Pouches → Seal
6. Blast Freeze (-35°C)
7. Cold Chain Storage → Dispatch

For Vegetable/Protein Pouches

1. Procure & QC Fresh Vegetables & Proteins
2. Clean → Dice → Marinate or Pre-Cook
3. Flash Sauté
4. Mix with Gravies → Weigh
